How to Apply

PolyU HKCC has not established co-operation with any organisations on the Mainland China on admission activities. Please contact PolyU HKCC directly for enquiries and application procedures.

Applicants should apply through the Online Application for Admission (OAA) of PolyU HKCC and upload the following documents onto the system: 

  1. Mainland Identity Card
  2. Mainland Residence Registration Card
  3. Valid Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (EEP) (may be submitted later)
  4. High school transcript (may submit it later)
  5. High school graduation certificate (may submit it later)
  6. Results of National College Entrance Examination or other public examinations* (may submit it later)
  7. HKDSE Candidate Entry Information Checklist (applicable to current HKDSE Candidate only)
An application fee of HK$200 will be charged for each application. 

*If you have sat for HKDSE before 2021, you are required to apply for a 'Certification of Results (COR)' from the Hong Kong Examination and Assessment Authority, HKEAA will send the certificate directly to HKCC as a proof of your public examination result. Important Notes on Academic Credentials

Applicants must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of their academic credentials. Any false or misleading information may violate Hong Kong laws on "False Instruments" or "Making False Instruments". The College reserves the right to:

For verification purposes, the applicants will be required to present the originals of all supporting documents at the time of registration. Failure to do so may lead to nullification of your eligibility for admission. All fees paid will not be refunded.

Please note that any misrepresentation will lead to disqualification of the application for admission to and registration with HKCC. Making, submitting or using any false instrument (including forged documents) are serious criminal offences involving dishonesty under the Crimes Ordinance (Cap.200, Laws of Hong Kong), punishable by imprisonment. The College will refer any instances of suspected admission fraud matters to the police and reserves the right to take other actions. All fees paid will not be refunded in such cases.


Tuition Fee

Tuition fees, which vary by programmes, are 30% higher for non-local students than that for local students. For tuition fees for 2025/26, please click here.

 
It is the sole responsibility of non-local applicants to ensure their eligibility of abode in Hong Kong or obtain a valid student visa from the Immigration Department of the HKSAR Government before the commencement of study, otherwise the registration will be nullified and fees paid will not be refunded. All visa applications must be submitted to the Immigration Department via PolyU HKCC as the sponsor.

Articulation Opportunities

From the first cohort of graduates in 2003 to those in 2024, 41,837 PolyU HKCC graduates have articulated into bachelor's degree studies. This represents a 22-year average articulation rate of 84.7%, which ranks among the highest in Hong Kong.

PolyU HKCC's mission is to offer quality sub-degree programmes that meet the changing needs of our community and prepare graduates for pursuing further studies or career development. These programmes span the domains of arts, science, social sciences and business and the specialised areas of design, health studies, social work, and surveying.

Besides, over 30 articulation arrangements have been reached with universities in Hong Kong, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, etc. PolyU HKCC graduates with outstanding performance would be given advanced standing, such as transfer of credits and exemption of subjects in their bachelor's degree studies.

Mainland applicants are reminded that all universities in Hong Kong have full discretion to admit students based on their own criteria and admission procedures, therefore PolyU HKCC does not guarantee admission to any undergraduate degree programmes offered by local universities.

Change of Programme Choices

If applicants wish to change programme choices, please fill in the Form 33-M and submit it to us via email (ccadmission.nl@hkcc-polyu.edu.hkon or before 18 June 2025. Each applicant is allowed to submit the request of Change of Programme Choice ONCE only. Late submission will not be processed.
