This programme teaches you the history, culture, social and economic development of China, Japan and Southeast Asia. It also develops your proficiency in Putonghua and Japanese, and strengthens your fundamental knowledge of contemporary Asian and Western cultures for effective cross-cultural communication. After graduation, you can devote yourself to education, business, government, or the arts on the Mainland China or within the East Asian cultural sphere; you can also further your studies in Chinese and Japanese cultures.
