If applicants have been admitted to a programme listed below via JUPAS:
(i)  a full-time UGC-funded undergraduate / higher diploma programme (programmes offered by Hong Kong Metropolitan University are not UGC-funded), or
(ii) an undergraduate programme subsidised under Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions / Sectors (SSSDP) (Note: SSSDP-funded higher diploma programmes are not eligible for a refund.)
Applicants may apply for a refund of the Registration Fee (and the remaining tuition fee, if applicable) on or before the specified dates below. An administrative fee of HK$250 will be deducted, and the application fee of HK$200 is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Deadline for Refund Application

Noon of 8 August 2025 for applicants with JUPAS main round offer
Noon of 25 August 2025 for applicants with JUPAS offer based on rechecking and remarking results
Noon of 28 August 2025 for applicants with JUPAS clearing round offer
