HKCC 2025/26 Freshman Guide: Programme Registration & Useful Information
If you confirm your acceptance of offer, you must complete the following programme registration procedures by the specific deadlines as stipulated in the "Freshman Guide".

| Remaining Tuition Fee Payment and Programme Registration | 23 to 24 July | Application for Deferred Payment of remaining tuition fee: Bring along your application for "Deferred Payment of Remaining Tuition Fee" and documentary proof to Registration Office, PolyU West Kowloon Campus |
| By 5:00 pm, 7 August | Settle the remaining tuition fee: 1. Settle the remaining tuition fee^ and 2. Log into the OAA system to declare the settlement of your payment (failure to do so will be regarded as giving up your study place) |

Programme Registration: Complete registration at PolyU West Kowloon Campus in person according to the date and time assigned to you |
* The deadline may vary among freshmen. Please refer to the email notification for details. The deadline of 12 noon, 21 July for paying the Registration Fee to tertiary institutions was recommended by the Education Bureau so as to allow enough time for consideration.
^ Please read "Withdrawal of Study (and Refund of Registration Fee (and remaining tuition fee), if applicable)" under "Important Notice" on p.15 of this "Freshman Guide" carefully for the refund policy.
