How's your first week of class?
Were you busy in preparing the course materials?
Instead of talking about the course preparation and our new batch of students, I would like to share something light-hearted to calm our minds.
As we all know, once the semester kicks off, we will be busy until the end of December. How do we survive this semester? Here is a prescription.

To prevent the build-up of our tension in the semester, we can also prepare a Teacher's Survival Kit. Here are some ideas.
The list is never-ending and it's unique to each person. I'm sure you have your own way to ease your tension.
Look after yourself and have a 'tension-under-control' semester!
