NOTES FOR ATTENTION

6.

To give prior warning to students who need to make improvement for fulfilling the GPA requirement, students whose GPA is lower than 2.0 will be put on "academic probation" in the following semester. This status will be reflected in the assessment result sheet. Students concerned should contact the Programme Leader or the Programme Counselling Team for advice and assistance.

7.

Students with an Overall Result of "Required to be de-registered" or "Award not applicable" are required to return the Student Identity Card to the College office within three weeks from the date of release of assessment results to facilitate the refund of caution money. Failing this, the caution money will be confiscated and any subsequent request for refund of caution money will not be entertained. Future applications for official certification on their studies may be rejected.

8.

Students with an Overall Result of "De-registered, because of withdrawal/absence" or "Expulsion due to disciplinary action" are also required to return the Student Identity Card to the College office. Failing this, future applications for official certification on their studies may be rejected.
