You may also approach lecturers for consultation outside these consultation hours if prior arrangements have been made. Email as a Formal Communication Channel

You are also kindly reminded that email is a formal channel of communication at HKCC. Important information will be sent through email and it is your responsibility to read the information sent to you. As the capacity of your mail box is limited, you are reminded to frequently clear your old messages; otherwise important notices cannot reach your mail box because it is full. Should you need to make any suggestions to HKCC or enquire about specific matters, always use your personal HKCC email to send messages to the General Office email account ccoffice@hkcc-polyu.edu.hk. Emails sent through other non-HKCC accounts will be treated as anonymous mails and they may not be handled.
