Mr Howard Chang, Programme Leader of Associate in Design (Environment and Interior Design), believes that winning a major award in an open competition will boost students' confidence in their design works. It also shows that HKCC students are highly competitive even on the global stage.
Established by Farmani Group in 2016, the Architecture MasterPrize (AMP) is one of the most authoritative architectural awards worldwide. AMP honours designs in the disciplines of architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture with the goal of advancing the appreciation of architecture all around the world. In the Student Category, winners include students from world-renowned universities such as Harvard, Princeton, UC Berkley, and HKU.
