The Film Gala and Sharing of "The Narrow Road was organised by the Higher Diploma in Social Work (HDSW) of HKCC on 18 February 2023, attracting more than 150 participants including social workers and staff from social welfare organisations, students, graduates, and staff.

Mr Lam Sum, director of the film, Ms Leung Tsz-yan, representative of Hong Kong Women Worker's Association, Mr Wong Nai-yuen, president of Cleaning Service Industry Workers Union, and Mr Mok Hing-luen, programme advisor of the HDSW, were invited to share their views on the film and the social work profession. In addition to enjoying the film, the participants could also learn from the lively discussion and gain a deeper understanding and reflection on the grassroots and social work.
