Dr Anthony Loh, Director of PolyU HKCC, signed the Racial Diversity and Inclusion Charter for Employers initiated by the Equal Opportunities Commission on 14 December 2023. The College is honoured to join the growing network of over 370 signatories to demonstrate its commitment to promoting racial diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The Charter provides a platform for organisations to share experiences and best practices, and engage in training and activities related to fostering racial diversity and inclusion. Through collaboration with other charter members, PolyU HKCC aims to enhance its understanding and implementation of related values, ultimately creating a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
