From 21 June to 11 July 2018, a group of 14 students from the Associate Degree Scheme in Humanities and Communication participated in a 21-day Language and Cultural Exchange Tour to New Zealand. While taking lessons in The University of Auckland, the students exulted in their gain of language ability, cultural knowledge and global vision. Enthralled by the breathtaking natural scenery of Rotorua, Waitomo and the Hobbiton Movie Set, the participants had the privilege to enjoy a private tour to visit a glowworm cave and taste indigenous cuisine. They also had their very first time riding a horse, observed a college for the innovative open-classroom concept and most importantly, stayed with an English speaking host for the entire trip.
