The final adjudication of the Retail and Service Management Case Studies Competition 2016 co-organised by HKCC, SPEED and CPCE Student Affairs Office was held on 28 January 2016 on PolyU West Kowloon Campus. Six teams from Higher Diploma in Service Management (HKCC) and BA (Hons) Retail and Service Management (SPEED) were shortlisted to present their business proposals which demonstrated their analytical skills and creativity in formulating service strategies. Moreover, through the collaboration with industrial partners including Fortress, ImagineX Group and the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, participants’ awareness of the professionalism underlying the retail and service industry has been enhanced.
