Congratulations to Ms Lui Mei-fung, 2012 graduate of Associate in Design (Visual Communication), whose film Where’s the Head was awarded The Best Creativity Award and The Best Cinematography Award (Student Division) in the 2015 Freshwave International Short Film Festival. Organised by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, this festival aims at promoting short film creations in the territory. Mei-fung indeed represented HKCC to participate in the same Festival in 2012 and received The Best Cinematography Award (Student Division). Please click here for more information.
