This programme not only teaches you skills and knowledge of service management, service marketing and customer relationship management, etc., but also offers you ample internship opportunities to apply those skills and knowledge in real settings. It prepares you for a career in the service industry while giving you a firm foundation for further studies in related disciplines.
You are required to take, in two years, 21-22 subjects in total, comprising 6-7 General Education Subjects and 15 Discipline-specific Subjects.
~ Students who are non-Chinese speakers, or whose Chinese standards are at junior secondary level or below are required to take this subject.
* Students with Level 3 or above in any one HKDSE subject (other than English) only need to take two General Education elective subjects.

Medium of Instruction: Most subjects are taught in English, although due to their nature and objectives, some subjects are taught in Chinese. Language subjects are taught in the language in question.
