Eligibility

To apply for the membership of HKCCAA, PolyU, the applicant should be a graduate of an Associate Degree or Higher Diploma programme of HKCC who has fulfilled the graduation requirements. HKCCAA, PolyU reserves the right to reject applications.

How to Apply

  1. By joining HKCCAA, PolyU, members will automatically become a member of the Federation of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University Alumni Associations (FHKPUAA).  
  2. Applying now, you will be entitled to a waiver of the lifelong membership fee.  
  3. For application, please click here to fill out the online FHKPUAA application form.  The HK$20 membership card production fee will be waived from now on until further notice.  
  4. The application will be processed and the HKCCAA membership card will be available in about 8 – 10 weeks. The membership card will be issued and mailed to the applicant by the Federation by ordinary mail.

Use of Personal Data

To ensure our invaluable members stay connected with HKCCAA, PolyU and are informed of our latest news, we will deliver information, including announcements, activities, benefits and services, to you through various communication channels by using your personal data maintained in the database(s) of HKCCAA, PolyU (including its internal departments and constituent units). Such personal data includes your contact information such as email addresses, correspondence addresses, contact phone numbers and fax numbers.
