Most of PolyU HKCC's application procedures are conducted online, including:

  1. Submitting online application
  2. Claiming conditional offer online (for applicants receiving conditional offer before HKDSE result announcement)
  3. Claiming offer online (for applicants receiving offer on or after 15 July)
The above online application procedures remain normal even under Typoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning. However, hotline service will resume normal 2 hours after the said warning is cancelled (applicable to signal / warning cancelled during 8:30 am – 1:00 pm).

On HKDSE Result Release Day (15 July 2026), if Typhoon SIgnal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled after 1:00 pm, the HKDSE Results annoucement and relevant admission and application arrangements will be postponed one day to 16 July 2026.
