Mr Andrew Marcus Chan graduated with the Bachelor of Business Administration (Information Systems) from Lingnan University with first class honours. He then completed his master's degrees in different areas of studies, including Computer Science with commendation in the University of Bristol in Britain, Business Research Methodology in Macquarie University in Australia, and Buddhist Studies with distinction in The University of Hong Kong.

With a few years of solid experience in software engineering and system design in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Mr Chan specialised in the system modules concerning costing, inventory control and marketing in large business enterprises.  On the other hand, he has rich experience in teaching and training adults.  In his teaching career, Mr Chan has been actively involved in education administration and management out of his strong interest in education and social policies as well.

His recent research puts focus on big data analytics in young adults' learning, human mind study in meditative practices, natural language processing using artificial neural network and robot ethics.

Apart from work, Mr Chan is devoted to community service as a means of his thankfulness to life.  He is a dedicated Korindo Aikido practitioner and a registered yoga and children's yoga teacher.  He loves sharing his body-mind training experiences and life style with his cancer patient student-friends and children with special educational needs, keeping them company in the search of their own paths of living and self-recovery.
