Mr Noble Lo completed his postgraduate degrees at The University of Hong Kong and the University of Oxford. He also obtained the Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Cambridge and the Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
His publications have appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of East Asian Studies, Journal of Society for Humanities Studies in East Asia, Journal of Study on Language and Culture of Korea and China and Journal of The Cultural Studies Centre of East Asia. He has presented papers at international conferences conducted by Ajou University, Chonnam National University, Cologne University of Applied Sciences, Fudan University, Korea Aerospace University, Macao Polytechnic Institute, National Chung Hsing University, National Taiwan University, Seoul National University, The University of Hong Kong, and Xiamen University.
Mr Noble Lo has interests in English literature and education. He has over 10 years of teaching experience in English for Academic Purposes and English for Specific Purposes courses at various colleges and universities. Prior to joining HKCC, he was Assistant Professor of English at Woosong University in South Korea where he developed two new undergraduate courses, namely "Poetry and the Novel" and "English for Business Communication".
He is presently a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Chartered Linguist of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, and a Member of the Society for Humanities Studies in East Asia.
