Congratulations to 565 students and 46 graduates of HKCC who were granted the Outstanding Performance Scholarship, Best Progress Award, Talent Development Scholarship, Reaching Out Award*, and Endeavour Scholarship respectively under the Self-financing Post-secondary Scholarship Scheme (SPSS) 2017/18 established by the HKSAR Government.

The SPSS aims to give recognition to a wide range of sub-degree students, encompassing those with outstanding academic and non-academic performance, achievements, progress and talents as well as those with special educational needs.
