Mr Andrew Marcus Chan graduated as a first class honour student when he studied his Bachelor of Business Administration (Information Systems) at Lingnan University. He then completed his master's degree in Computer Science with distinction in the University of Bristol in Britain, after which he was awarded a Master of Business Research in Macquarie University in Australia.

With a few years of solid experience in software engineering, Mr Chan specialises in designing enterprise systems. He also possesses many years of teaching and training experience in tertiary education. Throughout his teaching career, Mr Chan has been actively involved in educational administration and management as well.

With substantial training and experience, Mr Chan is competent in teaching IT and business related subjects. His latest research focuses are knowledge management, data mining and education policy.
