Teaching and Scholarly Interests:

  • Humanities

Mr Law received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Lingnan University. He then earned his Master of Philosophy degree in Humanities from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Mr Law teaches subjects related to Critical Thinking at HKCC. Before that, he worked as visiting lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, teaching General Education subjects related to Logic, Religions, Chinese Culture and Chinese Philosophy.

His academic interests include: Indian Buddhism, Chinese Buddhism, Contemporary Continental Philosophy, and Philosophical Counselling. In addition, Mr Law is deeply interested in Mythology, Astronomy, Modern Physics, and especially ─ Ecology. He loves stargazing, local eco-tours (e.g. butterfly-watching) and reading in his leisure time. He is always enthusiastic about sharing his interests with friends.
