Ms Daisy Fung received her bachelor’s degree in Administrative Studies from York University in Canada and her master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ms Fung is a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) of The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute; she also holds the certificate of “Train the Trainer” for travel industry awarded by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TIC).

Ms Fung has worked for over 15 years in travel and tourism related organisations including inbound and outbound tour operators, a theme park and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. With the belief that her practical industry experience will greatly benefit students, Ms Fung started her career in tourism training in 2000. Enthusiastic about teaching, Ms Fung enjoys sharing knowledge and experience with her students. Her extensive networking in the industry enables her to not only incorporate up-to-date information into her teaching, but also recommend promising candidates to the industry.
