Ms Lo started her teaching career in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before joining HKCC, she worked for HKU SPACE as a programme manager in the College of Business and Finance, where she was responsible for the planning and development of hospitality and tourism, wine studies and sommelier, and banqueting management programmes etc.
Ms Lo also possesses extensive industry experience. She has worked in catering and event planning departments of different renowned hotels, clubhouses, and catering companies. She started out as a management trainee and then gradually worked her way up to a managerial position.
