Dr Pamela Kwok received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham, Master of Science in Information Technology in Education from The University of Hong Kong and her Doctor of Philosophy (majoring in marketing) from the University of South Australia. She is a Chartered Marketer, a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing.
Dr Kwok had worked in sales and marketing management positions in the hi-tech and telecommunications industry before starting her academic career at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Before joining HKCC, she worked on research and teaching assignments at the Department of Business Studies and SPEED of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has programme development experience in both HKCC and SPEED. Dr Kwok has received HKCC’s Caring Teacher Award and CPCE Outstanding Service Performance/Achievement Award.
Her current teaching and research interests include strategic marketing management, brand management, consumer behaviour, Outcome-based education and e-Learning. She has published articles and papers in local newspapers, academic conferences and journals.
