Taught by well-qualified hospitality educators, this programme will equip you with the general knowledge and an understanding of every functional aspect of the hospitality industry. You are required to take, in two years, 20 - 22 subjects in total, comprising 12 - 14 General Education Subjects and 8 Discipline-specific Subjects.

~Students who are non-Chinese speakers, or whose Chinese standards are at junior secondary level or below are required to take this subject.
