Introduction of CPCE Student Hostel
 
To facilitate their holistic development and enrich their study life, CPCE will provide HKCC and SPEED students with the opportunity for residence in a 5-storey well-equipped student hostel, starting from the 2017/18 academic year.

Expected Move-in Date: September 2017

Application Details

 Eligible Applicants: 

  • All full-time HKCC and SPEED students
  • Priority will be given to:
    • Non-local students
    • Students with genuine needs

Fees and Payment

The residential period commences in early September 2017 and ends in early July 2018 (10 months). The monthly lodging fee is HK$3,000 (single bed) or HK$2,000 (bunk bed). An additional one-month lodging fee will be charged as caution money which is to be refunded upon check-out, subject to no outstanding claim on the lodging fee, room inventory or other charges.

Residents are required to pay the fee by three instalments according to the following schedule:

Electricity charges shall be paid by each resident directly to the Management Company. A deposit of HK$500 shall be paid to the Management Company in advance, which will be refunded upon check-out, subject to no outstanding claim on the electricity charges.
